Welcome to website and our applications (each our "Service"). This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which our partner restaurants supply any of their meals (the "Meals") listed on our site to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Meals from our site. By accessing our site and placing an order you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US is a website operated by MENUBY LLC ("we" or "us" or ""), incorporated and registered in the Republic of Belarus, 3B-108 Dzerzhinsky avenue, Minsk 220069, Republic of Belarus, TRN:192692984. is a business where the food is prepared by independent restaurants (our "Partner Restaurants") and delivered by us.




The purpose of our Service is to provide a simple and convenient service to you, linking you to the Partner Restaurant and menu of their choice and allowing you to order Meals from them. markets Meals on behalf of our Partner Restaurants, concludes orders on their behalf and delivers the Meals to you.


3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY offers an ordering and delivery service from our Partner Restaurants throughout Minsk city and elsewhere in the Republic of Belarus. Each Partner Restaurant has a prescribed delivery area. This is to ensure that their Meals reach your door when they are at their best. If you live outside the delivery areas, a message will appear on screen notifying you that ordering online will not be possible. We do not accept orders from individuals to a post code in which we do not have a Partner Restaurant. Operating hours will vary depending on local trading conditions and the availability of our Partner Restaurants. Please click on the relevant link to view the menus on our Service, and then click on your chosen menu which will provide you with the option to submit your order to your chosen Partner Restaurant.




When you place an order through our Service, either an email thanking you for your order and confirming your order has been received and accepted by the Partner Restaurant (the "Confirmation Email") will be sent to you by us or our call-center operator will confirm your order by phone. The contract for the supply of any Meal you order through us will be between you and the Partner Restaurant and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation Email by us. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address as this is how we will communicate with you about your Order. Please also ensure that you provide an accurate address and telephone number to ensure that your Meals arrive to the correct location. If you do not open the door or respond to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery drivers physically reaching your address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the Meal. seeks to provide a quality service and will be the first contact in event in there is a problem with your Meal either in regards to food quality and/or temperature. We do monitor our Partner Restaurants very closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards and help us to maintain our reputation. Please let us know if you have any comments relating to our Partner Restaurants or in respect of the Meals by emailing or calling us.




All Meals are subject to availability. We or the Partner Restaurant may offer an alternative for any Meal it cannot provide you with. In the preparation of certain Meals, our Partner Restaurants may use products that provoke allergic reactions. Please call us prior to ordering and inform us if you have an allergy to certain products. cannot guarantee that any of the Meals sold by our Partner Restaurants are free of allergens.




Our aim is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and there are factors which may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard, in particular these are traffic conditions and weather. We will do our best to ensure that your Meal is delivered by the time specified in the email and webpage. The timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the Partner Restaurant at that time. Delivery fee is determined after indicating the place of delivery. reserves the right to deny delivery of Meals to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs by outward signs as well as in case when it is not possible to execute the order on conditions mentioned by you.




You have the right to cancel an order within 5 (five) minutes after the order becomes a Started Order. A Partner Restaurant will classify a bad order as any order which is cancelled after food has been used to start preparing the order (a "Started Order"). Customers can cancel an order by contacting us. and the Partner Restaurant may cancel any order and will tell you once we cancel an order. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by or a Partner Restaurant will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your order. Any order cancelled after it becomes a Started Order will be charged to you. alone will determine whether an order is a Started Order or not.




The price of any Meals is listed on our Service. Prices include VAT and all other taxes. Prices will vary between menus. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email, save in the case of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. You may be able to cancel your order once we notify you. Despite our best efforts, some of the Meals listed on our Service may be incorrectly priced. The relevant Partner Restaurant will normally verify prices as part of the order process. Payment for all Meals can be made by credit or debit card through our Service. Once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card will have been authorized and the amount marked for payment. Payment is made directly to and is subsequently passed on by to the Partner Restaurant. We are authorized by our Partner Restaurants to accept payment on their behalf and payment of the price of any Meals to us will discharge your obligations to pay such price to the Partner Restaurant. When we make a delivery, we may at our sole discretion charge you a payment processing fee (" Fee") which will be notified to you before you complete your order.

Payment methods:

  • Credit Card (with a POS terminal);
  • Credit Card (on the website or through the mobile app).

The following card types are accepted for making financial transactions: VISA (all types), MasterCard (including Maestro), issued by any bank of the world, including cards issued by ASB "Belarusbank" as well as cards of BELCARD system.
About payment procedure by BELCARD JSC "ASB Belarusbank"

*CVV2/CVC2 – is a three digit control number, which is printed on the back side of the bank card. This number is usually on the upper right corner of a special signature line. Input of a number is required to make sure that the card is used by the real owner.

When choosing an order payment using a bank card, payment processing (including entering a bank card number) is performed through the bePaid electronic payment system. The system payment page meets all data security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and maximally resistant to hacking.


The system which ensures the safety of payments uses a safe TLS protocol for transferring confidential information from a client to the server and further processing in processing center. This means that confidential details of the payer (requisites, registration information, etc.) do not enter an internet store, their processing is totally secure and no one can get the client’s personal and banking data. Besides that, when processing the payments by banking cards 3-D Secure technology is used, which is required by international payment systems VISA and MasterCard.

The payment page will indicate the order number and the amount of payment. To pay, you need to enter your card data and confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay" button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, you will be prompted to pass a standard single-minute card holder checking on your bank website (bank issued your card).
After payment, our manager will contact you with the way you specify to clarify the details on the delivery.
Please note that after payment to your email address will receive confirmation of payment. We ask you to save payment data.
We accept payments on the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard.
You can add the card and use the stored token for subsequent payment.
If the goods were paid by the card through the site, the return is carried out on the card with which payment was made, and the receipt of cash on the card was made - from 3 to 30 days from the date of return by the Seller.








When does the timing start and end?
The timing spent on delivery starts from the moment the order is accepted by the partner (restaurant), about which the client receives a notification via SMS or push notification.
The timing spent on delivery ends at the moment the courier calls the intercom. For office buildings, dormitories and other administrative buildings, the delivery timing ends at the moment the courier arrives at the door of the central entrance to the building.
The timing spent on delivery ends at the moment of a phone call to the Customer's contact number by representatives of the company in the following cases:
- absence of the Client at the place of receiving the Order;
- impossibility to contact the Client by intercom;
-providing by the Client inaccurate / incomplete information on the delivery address.

The delivery time of the order occurs later than the delivery time agreed with the Buyer or the delivery time from this restaurant specified on the website through the fault of the Seller, then the following rule applies to the Buyer:

• For a delay of 1-29 minutes, the delivery is free.
• For a delay of 30-44 minutes, a discount of 10% of the order value is provided.
• For a delay of 45-59 minutes, a discount of 20% of the order value is provided.
• For a delay of 60-89 minutes, a discount of 30% аof the order value is provided.
• For a delay of 90-109 minutes, a discount of 40% of the order value is provided.
• For a delay of 110-119 minutes, a discount of 50% of the order value is provided.
• For a delay of more than 120 minutes, a discount of 99.99% of the order value is  provided but the order amount should be not less than 0.01BYN.


When carrying out marketing activities, information on the amount of discounts provided will be posted on the website or in social networks



To the extent permitted by law, provides our Service and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be timely or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Subject as provided below, neither nor any Partner Restaurant shall have have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from your use of or your inability to use our Service. In the event that or the Partner Restaurant is found to be liable to you our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Meals you have paid for in your order. This does not include or limit in any way's or any Partner Restaurant's liability for any matter for which it would be illegal for us or it to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our or its liability, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.




No party shall be liable to the other relative to third parties for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in clause 11 shall excuse the Customer from any payment obligations under this Agreement.




Neither you, nor the Partner Restaurant shall be responsible to the others for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.




If any provision of this agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced.




These terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.


15. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.




The courts of the Republic of Belarus will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, any use of our Services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts our Site or our Service, or our entire Site or Service to users who have registered with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your login details and any activities that occur under your account. You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. Voucher Terms & Conditions




1. All discounts, vouchers or codes only apply to first orders for new customers of unless otherwise stated. 


2. New customers are only permitted to use one discount voucher or code when placing their first order only. Subsequent orders will then not be eligible for any new customer discounts, vouchers or codes. 


3. A new customer is defined as someone who registers, makes a meal selection and enters the discount or voucher code specified on the advert, coupon or leaflet, at checkout during their order procedure. 




4. Unless otherwise stated, all discounts, vouchers or codes must be redeemed within one calendar month. Upon expiry of the repayment period, discounts, vouchers or codes are canceled.


5. Only one discount, voucher or code can be redeemed per order and each discount, voucher or code can only be used once per person.



6. All promotional validity dates are specified on the adverts, coupons or leaflets, please refer to the summary terms on these pieces of artwork for exact and further information specific to that promotion and its promotional period. 


7. Any discounts, vouchers or codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


8. Discounts, vouchers or codes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and have no monetary value. 


9. Cancelled orders will invalidate the use of that code on an account. If this is a new customer discount or code, new customers will then not be eligible for any subsequent new customer discounts, vouchers or codes. 


10. All discounts, vouchers and codes can only be used on one order, any remaining credit from that discount, voucher or code cannot be carried forward to any additional or subsequent orders. 


11. Discounts, vouchers or codes may be provided on a customer service basis and will be applied to the customer’s account in the form of credit which has to be used in one order. 


12. Any attempt to manipulate the system and use of discounts, vouchers or codes by use of bulk entry via third parties or syndicates, macros, ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), will render the order and use of that discount, voucher or code invalid and may potentially lead to that account being closed down.


13. If for any reason a discount, voucher or code becomes invalid due to technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the, or a meal or restaurant becomes unavailable, reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to cancel, suspend or modify the campaign that is related to that discount, voucher or code and not re-issue any additional discounts, vouchers or codes to affected customers.


14. reserves the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid redemptions including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a customer. 


15. By redeeming the discount, voucher or code, customers agree to release from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the campaign or with the acceptance or possession of any order (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

Confidentiality policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") regulates the purpose, procedure and term of user data processing, including personal data, as well as procedure for accessing them.


1. Definitions of concepts


Personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.


User is an individual who has reached the age of 18, has full civil and legal capacity and is a registered user of the Service.


The Users' Personal data owner is a Limited liability company "MENUBY" (TRN:192692984, location: 3B-108 Dzerzhinsky avenue, Minsk 220069).


Service is a platform, located at the address and in mobile applications at AppStore and PlayMarket, which provides the Users with ample opportunities to carry out quick and easy search, real time Order and Delivery of Products via the Internet.


Third parties are business entities placing information about products on the Service for the purpose of its implementation to the User; delivery experts or business entities Delivering Products to the User; related and/or affiliated with the Owner of the entity.


Delivery is a service of Products delivery. Ordering thereof is carried out by the User using the Service.


Order is Products and Delivery ordering by the User using the Service.


Products are public catering products or other goods subjected to realization by the Partner and delivered to the User by the Delivery Service.



2. Personal data processing procedure



The user accepts the terms of this Policy from the moment of signing up at the Service and gives consent to the Owner to process Personal data and transfer Personal data to Third parties, including other data about the User. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the User has no right to use the Service.


Signing up at the Service, the User confirms that he has read the Policy, understands its content, agrees with its terms, and knows his/her rights provided under the Law.


The Personal data owner collects the User's data in the following volume:

E-mail address;
Information on the Order;
Order Delivery address;
Phone number.

Processing of the above data is carried out by the Owner and Third parties for the purpose and with the object of:

Order execution;
Products Delivery;
sending commercials and promo codes to the User;
User surveys carrying out;
implementation of customer support for the User;
promotional activities carrying out;
prize drawing among the users;
customer satisfaction level control;
verification, research and analysis of the specified data.

At the free will of the User, the Personal data owner may collect data on:

Personal payment information;
Date of birth;
Gender information.

Processing of the above data is carried out by the Owner in order to simplify the payment system and provide personal recommendations and/or special offers to the User.


User data processing is carried out when signing up at the Service, making the Order and paying for the Order via bank card attached to the Personal account of the User on the Service.


In case of payment via bank card, which is not attached to the Personal account of the User on the Service, payment information is processed by a payment infrastructure service provider. The Owner and Third parties do not carry out any form of payment information of the User processing.


The Owner has the right to transfer the User's Personal data to Third parties for the purposes specified in the Policy, without additional notification to the User.


Under the terms of agreements with the Owner, Third parties are obliged not to disclose the User's Personal data and implement all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect them.


User's data processing is carried out during the period of the User signing up at the Service and after removal of the User from the Service within the limitation period established by legislation.


3. Cookie


Cookie is a text file or files containing information collected by the web-browser and stored on the User's device permanently (until deleted by the User) or temporarily (until the web-browser is closed).


Cookies identify not a specific User, but the device used by the User. Information about the User received by the Owner via Cookie is not transmitted to any other person and is used only to record the Service attendance statistics. The User can change Cookie collection settings and/or delete all collected Cookies in the web-browser settings.
